The collection is organized into the following five series:
1) Public Education, general, which contains documents associated generally with public education in The Bronx.
2) Yearbooks, which includes 6 volumes of the I.S. 181 yearbook (1981–1986) and 6 volumes of the I.S. 192 yearbook (1987–1992).
3) Miscellaneous items, which is comprised of non-documentary and non-photographic items.
4) Photographs.
5) Plaques and awards, which includes plaques and awards associated with Columbus High School in The Bronx.
